🎤 How to go live (using YouTube Live)
1️⃣ Create a YouTube Live stream
- Go to YouTube Studio.
- Top right: Create → Go live, then choose Stream.
- Set your title, description and privacy (Public or Unlisted recommended).
- Click Create stream.
⚠️ Your channel must be verified and have live streaming enabled.
2️⃣ Get the embed code
- In YouTube Studio, edit your live stream from the Content tab.
- Scroll down and tick "Allow Embedding".
- Click Share → Embed and copy the code (it starts with
<iframe …>).
3️⃣ Paste it on Asteroid
- Come back here and paste the full embed code into the box above.
- Double-check the whole code is pasted — don't edit it.
4️⃣ Click "Go Live"
- Pick a room and tap Go Live.
- Your YouTube stream appears automatically in your Asteroid concert room. 🎉
5️⃣ Share your room
Copy your concert room link and share it on Instagram, TikTok, Discord, or your YouTube description. Fans join → watch live → chat together.
✅ Tips
- Start the YouTube stream before clicking Go Live on Asteroid.
- Use Unlisted if you only want viewers from Asteroid.
- Make sure audio is working in YouTube Studio first.
