🎤 How to Go Live on Asteroid (Using YouTube Live)
Follow these steps to start your live concert on Asteroid.
1️⃣ Create a YouTube Live Stream
Go to YouTube Studio
In the top right, click Create → Go live
Choose “Stream”
Set your:
Title
Description
Privacy (Public or Unlisted recommended)
Click Create stream
⚠️ Note: Your channel must be verified and live streaming enabled on YouTube.
2️⃣ Get the Embed Code
In YouTube Studio, click edit your Live Stream from Content tab
Scroll down and tick "Allow Embeding"
Click Share or Embed
Copy the embed code
(it starts with iframe ...>)
3️⃣ Paste the Embed Code on Asteroid
Come back to Asteroid
Paste the full embed code into the Live Stream Embed text box
Double-check that the code is fully pasted (don’t edit it)
4️⃣ Click “Go Live”
Click the Go Live button
Your YouTube live stream will now appear automatically in your Asteroid concert room
🎉 You are now live on Asteroid!
5️⃣ Share Your Concert Room
Copy your Asteroid concert room link
Share it with fans on:
Instagram
TikTok
Discord
YouTube description
Fans join → watch live → chat together
✅ Tips for Best Experience
Start the YouTube stream before clicking Go Live on Asteroid
Use Unlisted if you only want viewers from Asteroid
Make sure audio is working in YouTube Studio first
